UFC 120 Odds

UFC 120 is the latest main event to be featured in London England. Taking place on the 16th October 2010, the main card featured a number of UK prospects including Michael “The Count” Bisping, Dan Hardy and Jonathon Hathaway. This article talks about the UFC 120 odds as well as trying to give a little bit of background information on both the fighters and the betting, as well as providing some tips on ufc 120 betting.

The headline fight puts Bisping in the octagon with Yoshiro Akiyama in a middleweight bout. Bisping is much more experienced in the Octagon and although he has two recent losses to both Dan Henderson and Wanderlei Silva is coming in to the fight as a big favourite. Akiyama is well versed in take downs thanks to his Judo background, whilst Bisping is known for his heavy striking. The odds are showing Bisping is a big favourite, but I really am undecided as to who will come out on top in this fight. Would the UFC pit Bisping, their UK UFC “pin up boy” and essentially their way in to the elusive UK market in a potentially dangerous fight on his home turf?  I’m still undecided. But I really like Akiyama and think he has a good chance of winning this fight. I’m tempted to but a value decent sized value bet on Akiyama. Here are the full Michael Bisping Vs Yoshihiro Akiyama Odds;

Bodog.Com;
Bisping – (-260)
Akiyama – (+200)

SportsBook.Com;
Bisping – (-240)
Akiyama – (+190)

The second fight of the main card features an octagon clash between the Brit Dan Hardy and American Carlos Condit. This fight is sure to be exciting, and I’d say it may be the most exciting fight of the whole show. I’m positive this will end up in a knockout and I’m backing Dan Hardy to take the fight to Condit and take him out in the first or second round. Hardy, although not in the spotlight as much as Bisping in the UK is sure to want to make an impression in front of his home fans. Here are the latest Dan Hardy Vs Carlos Condit Odds;

Bodog.Com;
Hardy – (-165)
Condit – (+135)

SportsBook.Com;
Hardy – (-155)
Condit – (+125)
