Just when you thought UFC 106 could not be topped; here comes UFC 107. The FedEx Forum in Memphis, Tennessee will be the host of the some of the best fights of the calendar year. All the odds for UFC 107 are posted and ready for you to take advantage of. The main fight will feature B.J. Another key fight to take place during the UFC 107 includes Frank Mir, who has won two UFC heavy weight titles, taking on Cheick Kongo. Mir comes in as the two-time defending UFC Heavyweight Champion. Mir is looking to rebound from the decisive loss to Brock Lesnar. Kongo also has some pent up frustration, after getting smoked by Cain Velasquez in his last bout. Kongo has the height advantage in this one; just an inch, while Mir weighs about 15 pounds more than Mir. We have a Mir Vs Kongo breakdown here.

Jon Fitch and Mike Pierce will go toe-to-toe in UFC 107. The Indiana born Fitch has lost just three bouts in his career (22 appearances) while Pierce is 10-1 in Mixed Martial Arts Fights. Pierce lost his only UFC bout, UFC Fight Night #18. Many have talked very highly of Pierce despite losing his first match. It takes some guts to elect such a big time fighter for his second appearance within UFC. Both Fitch and Pierce were collegiate wrestlers, and strength will not be a problem in this fight. Pierce is taking over for Ricardo Almeida who sustained a knee injury, before he was slated to fight in UFC 106.
Kenny Florian and Clay Guida will square off during UFC 107 as well. Guida known as “The Carpenter” had won three straight fights before being defeated by Diego Sanchez. Florian is a rare commodity: a left handed fighter. Both Guida and Florian have become fan favorites through the UFC. Florian appears to be the early favorite for this fight, but Guida a very tough fighter will surely not be intimidated by him. The Florian Vs Guida fight odds can be found at BetUS or you can read a detailed fight breakdown here.

I’m hoping Diego steps up and really shines in this fight. Having said that, BJ is a tough fighter so it’s not going to be easy. A good combination of Diego being ON and BJ being lazy and not training can properl Diego to victory.
